REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Arviale, customer satisfaction is at the core of our philosophy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.arviale.com.


1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused,

  • Unopened,

  • In its original packaging,

  • With all hygiene seals and safety protections intact.


2. Non-Returnable

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products

  • Products with broken hygiene seals or protective packaging

  • Products that have been tested or partially consumed

  • Items marked as non-returnable during campaigns or promotions

  • Customized or limited-edition products prepared specifically for the customer

These exclusions are strictly enforced to ensure product safety and quality.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective,

  • Incomplete, or

  • Incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by Arviale,

  • A replacement product will be shipped or a full refund will be issued upon inspection.

To speed up the process, we may request photographs of the product and its packaging.


4. How To Request A Return

To initiate a return request, please email:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be shipped using the carrier specified by Arviale.

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • The customer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipping.

For withdrawals under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Arviale.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Eligibility is verified,

  • The refund process is initiated.

Refunds are issued:

  • Using the original payment method,

  • Within 14 business days of approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Partial Returns

If only part of an order is returned:

  • Refunds will apply only to the returned items,

  • Shipping fees, discounts, or promotional benefits may be recalculated.

If the return causes the order total to fall below a free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.


8. Exchanges

Arviale does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
To receive a different item, the original product must be returned and a new order placed.


9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Türkiye:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility,

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable,

  • Refund processing may take longer due to international banking procedures.

Local consumer regulations may apply depending on the destination country.
